It is a sure sign of inferiority when someone searches for and pronounces their superiority.

Hey, I'm an objective observer. I live in New Jersey.

Why Boston is superior to Brooklyn.
The subways in Brooklyn don't have a putrid, horrible smell. Boston subways smell sweet . . . in part because of the Boston Red Sox's SWEET victory (FINALLY!!!) in the 2004 World Series. :-)

And Boston has 4 functioning light rail/streetcar lines that run from the neighborhoods to downtown while Brooklyn has none. What's this about, anyway?

New York subways would smell terrific if they too stopped running at 1 a.m. In terms of what this is about: After 18 more posts i'm gonna tie it all up into a neat analogy to subliminal advertising on 1940s gum wrappers.

Baffling post. NYC Subway cars stop at traffic lights as well.

Why Boston is superior to Brooklyn:
We tossed you in the ALCS. What? (pissah!)

1) In New York, we built them underground. In Chicago, they elevated them. In Boston outer neighborhoods, for some quaint reason, they decided to run them on the streets, with traffic lights.
2) The Brooklyn Dodgers were not in the ALCS this year.
3) Oh wait, my beloved Yankees. Yeah, we decided to spot you one to lend some legitimacy to the "rivalry." In all seriousness, I am very happy for long-suffering Sox fans and look forward to Opening Day.
