I think you should ignore it. Life's too short.

I'd reply w/ one sentence answers and politely but firmly suggest she enroll in a remedial english comp class.

seems like a joke to me. the spelling is too smart..

I agree with Andrea. I think it's a joke as well. If not, well, perhaps English is not Jenna's first language - if that's the case, then it'd be really cruel to mock the letter.

She's probably learning disabled, I get emails like this from time to time. I'd use her "what would you say to a company just sarting up?" as an entry point to talk about the importance of making a good first impression and spell checking.

I agree with Jessamyn.
Possibly dyslexic. In any case, it seems that you have thought about responding enough to create an entry about it...so, I think you should follow that instinct and reply.
Answer her questions as honestly as possible.
In the process of answering, some idea(s) might crystallize for you in a creative way.
...And, who knows? She might start a company that you may work for someday. :)

It sounds to me like English is her second language. Aparently she is working on a group project and, I imagine, that since she is still learning English she has been assigned the task of advertising. If I were you, I'd answer her questions as politely and wish her the best of luck on her group project.

I agree that she sounds like a speaker of English as a second language. I'm betting that this was an in-class assignment in which she couldn't sit down with a dictionary. The biggest clue for this theory is the British term "advert." Lots of overseas English instruction uses British textbooks.
And I'm not just saying this because I'm from Alabama! :) Regardless, it's unsettling.

For the record, I did indeed respond, and politely. She was not in fact kidding, so that leaves open the possibility that English is not her first language (though her full name is even more Anglo than mine), that she is learning disabled, suffering from a head injury, or recovering from a Florida public school education.
