I had a problem at Kinko's one time. I wanted to make a poster of some art I had done. I had put a copyright and my name on it, and they told me they couldn't copy copyrighted material. I told them that I was the copyright holder and that it would be fine. Even after showing them my driver's license, they would not do it.

The next day I called the manager and asked if there was any way it could be done. He told me that it couldn't be done at any Kinko's.

I ended up covering the copyright up (fairly obviously, too IMHO), took it to a different Kinko's and got my poster.
